A family-owned business
We are a family-owned business that believes in organic agriculture and in fair access of small-scale farmers to the global macadamia market. We grow, process, and exports organic macadamia nuts and support other Rwandan farmers to do the same.
Based in Rwanda's Eastern Province
We started to plant macadamia trees on our family’s land in 2015 in Mwulire, in Rwanda’s Eastern Province and our love for the nuts has grown as our trees did.
Small-scale farmers, with a big impact
In order to spread the love and benefits of the macadamia business to the community we built a processing factory and built partnerships with 15 local macadamia growers that employ together around 150 people. In our processing factory, most of our employees are women and they are involved in all aspects of the production process, from planting and harvesting to processing and packaging.
We assure the traceability and transparency of our nuts and supply chains through a software program that tracks origin and adherence to quality and safety standards.
